The River Club opened in 2005 and is a beautiful private, guard-gated country club community located along the Chattahoochee River in Suwanee, Georgia.  As a certified Audubon Sanctuary, The River Club includes a signature Greg Norman golf course.  The course is highlighted by excellent bent grass greens and the popular 17th island green.  The golf club is owned and managed by Escalante and is part of their network of golf clubs around the country.         

The Lodge and Spa is a 32,000 square foot mountain retreat style clubhouse offering indoor and outdoor dining with breathtaking views. The Club’s Lakeside Sports Complex includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, eight tennis courts, a 150-foot triple loop water slide, toddler pool, six-lane Junior Olympic-size swimming pool and outdoor bar with full-service kitchen.
The River Club opened in 2005 and will ultimately have 350 homes when fully developed. Entering the gates of the River Club, you’ll find a community of serene natural beauty, exquisitely crafted custom homes on rolling topography, and an exceptional living opportunity.
